How do I cancel my booking?
Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility. Please review the details of your specific reservation to understand the terms and conditions.
Rental Terms and Info
A $500 refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay. After that, monthly rent must be paid upon move in and by the 5th of the month for subsequent months. All payments are processed securely, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your reservation details once your booking is complete.
Guest Policies
Our properties are smoke-free environments. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors. Maximum occupancy rules apply to all bookings. Each property accommodates up to 4 people. Extra guests: $25.00/day.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
